Chris Hauser

Chris has a BS in Accounting and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He began his ministry at South Oak Ridge Baptist Church 32 years ago as a Summer Youth Intern, and since then, it has been an amazing journey.  He has witnessed the church grow in its faith and push beyond its walls into the community to reach the world for Christ. Chris has been the Pastor since January 2020.  He is excited to see God work in the lives of our church family. Christ laid on Chris’ heart to start a Christian school for our community. After many years of prayers, building a school board, and fundraising, he plans to begin Double Oak Christian Academy at the beginning of the 2026-27 school year.
